Panama Surf
Overview
Surfing in Panama is comprised of two main regions. The Pacific Coast and The Carribean.
Pacific Coast
From the remote and unspoiled Northern border, to Santa Catalina, and the offshore islands of Coiba, Lajas, and Cebaco to the Beaches of Punta Brava, Cambutal, Raya, Guanico, Desfiladero, Madroño, Rio Mar, El Palmar, Teta, Serena, Malibú and Jaqué.
The Caribbean
Playa Palenque, Isla Grande and Maria Chiquita in Colon Province, and Bocas del Toro Province.

Getting There
Taca Airlines has daily flights into Panama City from most Major airports.
Aeroperlas has domestic flights to Bocas del Toro, Coiba and more.

Pacific
Morro Negrito. One of the first and longest established surf camps in Panama. Located on a private island.
Bocas del Toro
Red Frog Bungalows. First class Balinese style bungalows and with optional surf guides, meals, and eco-tours.
